I have been filling the shop with lots of different products... something for everyone!  Please go take a look by clicking the link to the right and don't forget to heart/favourite the shop so you can come back often.  I hope to add some more bags next week.

It's a glorious day outside.  Sadly not too many of them left.  I had a busy morning doing some running around, but I hope to get out shortly to enjoy the warm summer sun.  Happy Friday everyone!

Friday :: New Listings

It's Friday again!  I just thought I would pop in and let you know that new Lavender Liners have been updated on the website and a few are in the Etsy shop

It smells so lovely in my studio right now.  These lavender liners are great for your dresser drawers, closets, gym bag, car, under your pillow.  The possibilites are endless.

Have a great weekend!

Friday :: On the Work Table

I thought I would share with you all what's on the work table today.
My cutting table is completely covered with stuff.  There isn't an inch of space.
Some of the space is taken up with the Lavender Liners I'm working on.  I had to go out early to pick up some more lavender to fill them and I have to go out again because I just didn't have quite enough.   As I walk down to my studio the air is just filled with the heavenly scent of lavender.  It's wonderful.

Once these are done, some of them will be going to Periwinkle and possibly some will be listed in my Etsy shop and also on the website.  I will keep you posted.

Have a great weekend!  We are celebrating a friend's 60th birthday this weekend.  It's suppose to be a 70's dressup party.  I have no idea what I am going to wear nor do I have anything psychedelic in my closet.

Making Me Happy Thrilled

I got an orchid about 3, if not more years ago at Costco and it was in it's full glorious bloom. It stayed in bloom for quite awhile and I loved every minute of it. Then the flowers started to die and the flowers were gone. I read somewhere or someone told me that once the flowers were gone you should cut the stock off. So I did, and all I had was a big green leafy plant... for the loooongest time. Sometimes I would forget to water it, never fertilized it and was starting to give up hope that it would ever bloom again..... until about three weeks ago.

Isn't it gorgeous?!! When it wasn't doing anything and I was getting tired of where it was and was in the moving around mood, I put it in another spot. Closer to the window, but not direct sunlight.... I guess it loved the move.
A lot of pics I know, but it is so gorgeous I just couldn't decide on one or two. Hope you are having a great Friday and awaiting the weekend. I know I am!
