Checking In

I was going to say where did February go...but where the heck did March go??

I have neglected this little journal for a long while. In fact, a lot of things have been neglected, but only because I have been working on 2 huge orders for custom work that 2 of my clients gave me. They have been great jobs and very worthwhile, but when you are one person and the job needs to get done.... well, lets just say everything else does not get my full attention. Thankfully, I have finished one and still working on the other, but have a little breath room to catch up on the other work that has been put to the way side. Still very busy. My list of things to do is still very long - both personally and professionally. Which is great considering the economy.

I think the last time I was here I was taking a photography course. Although I learned a few new things, I don't feel I got as much out of it as I should so I continue to practice and do a lot of reading. The internet is a wealth of information and I am getting a lot out of it. What did we ever do without the internet.... I have no idea.

Well, I just wanted to check in. I am off to source some accents for a bedroom makeover that I have been working on. I am just about finished and hope to have photos soon.
