A Year Ago Today....

I was so enthused with all the craft blogs... that I took the plunge and jumped right in. Well, maybe not jumped right in... I stuck my toe in to feel the waters. I started blogging and am slowly starting to get the hang of it. When I first started, I really didn't know what I was going to say and if anyone really cared to listen. I think it has evolved and I now know that this blog is more for my business, to let you know what I am up to and to keep a record of the going-ons of it with a few tidbits about family.

I want to thank all of you for coming by to see what I am up to, taking an interest and for all the kind words that are left. I truly enjoy reading them. I have even made a few friends. Which I think is so cool since I didn't even have to leave my house to meet.... oh the wonderful world of technology!

Lets celebrate with some cake! Oh, now if only technology would allow me to share this cake. I made it from fresh plums from my girlfriend's parents tree. It is soooo good with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream.... mmmmmm
